Sandhya (pronounced Sandeeya) has been practising yoga and meditation since she was 16. A few years later, she added pilates to her practice too.

Sandhya's goal is to reduce stress in her guests' lives and help them feel more agile and balanced. Lower back pain is her speciality and Sandhya opts for holistic remedies without the use of drugs or surgery.

Sandhya loves teaching and feels rewarded whenever she hears students tell her they feel relief from their emotional or physical pain. Seeing them walk out of class with a smile and a glow encourages her even more! Sandhya is confident she's one of the best in the industry and is right where she was destined to be.
