What to expect:
One-hour sound meditation experience, starting with a guided relaxation whilst relaxing on your mat Allow the calming vibations of the gong and singing bowls to wash over you.allowing the sound to wash over you. Please bring an exercise mat or something to lie on and a cushion. Bring a bottle of water Wear stretchy comfortable clothes
There is parking available at the back of the building. The room is the Sanctuary at St Monica's, Chocolate Quarters, Keynsham.
