Waiting Lists


You may receive email notifications if your experiences are left up on Yuup without dates and a potential customer clicks to be notified when new dates are added.  

The option to join the Waiting List appears where experience dates usually feature, and are instead replaced with the Notify me when available button.  

You will receive an email notifying you that someone has been added to the Waiting List to encourage you to add availability. As more people join, each email notification will mention how many people are now on the list.  

Follow the Manage your availability button to go directly to the experience page and add more dates. Once you have done this, everyone on the Waiting List will be notified automatically via email and encouraged to book on.  

Due to privacy reasons, Yuup will not give hosts email addresses of customers on the Waiting List, as the customer has not expressed permission for them to do so. Rest assured that once dates are added, the Yuup system will inform everyone on the Waiting List.  

Yuup Users have the option to message the host directly at the bottom of their experience page if they wish to do so.  

If you have people on a Waiting List for an experience you are no longer running but wish to inform potential customers of another relevant experience, please contact the Yuup team who can assist you with this. People on the Waiting List will only be notified if it is the same experience they signed up for that has had dates added.  

Please note that the Yuup system will automatically Pause experiences without dates, unless there are special circumstances. When an experience is paused, it will no longer appear on the Yuup website and therefore the option of a Waiting List will be removed.
