Introduction to Meditation: 4 Week Course

Start the new year with mindfulness! This beginner-friendly 4-week course is designed to introduce you to essential meditation techniques, helping you cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and develop a personal practice. Each week focuses on a different aspect of meditation, guiding you to integrate mindfulness into your daily life for a calmer, more balanced start to the year.

This course runs for 4 weeks on a Sunday in January. The dates are Sunday 05, 12, 19, 26 January. Book all four sessions or one drop in.
