Now if you loved the film Chocolat you're in for a serious treat. In this experience, learn the art of the chocolatier in a two hour workshop.
Your host Lisa makes award-winning chocolate and founded The Chocolate Tart, a school offering mouth-watering workshops on the good stuff. It's safe to say you'll be in great hands...
Your experience will take place in the beautiful and historic seaside town of Clevedon, where both Broadchurch and Tracy Beaker were filmed. (This experience's precise venue will be confirmed along with your booking confirmation.)
So what exactly can you expect? Start licking those lips over this:
In two and half hours learn all about chocolate's rich history, where it grows, how it's made, and even discover the secrets of tempering. As you make delicious handmade chocolates, your host will show you how to package them up professionally, before taking them home with you. If you opt for this experience's optional third hour, you will make three sets of handmade chocolates - they make beautiful, thoughtful gifts for loved ones.
After your experience, why not take a stroll down Clevedon's 2021 Pier of the Year - enjoy the refreshing sea air, scenic views and cute cafe. Set aside some time to check out Hill Road's boutiques and restaurants. More adventurous types bring along your swimsuit and towel for some invigorating wild swimming in the famous Marine Lake. This is enough beauty to melt any chocolate lover's heart!

Had such a lovely time with Lisa making chocolates in her Clevedon studio. Lisa was a great host, super accommodating. We both really enjoyed how creative the workshop was. We learnt new skills using chocolate transfer paper and making a chocolate box. Suitable for beginners, but still with super impressive results. We can’t wait to gift these as Christmas presents!
We travelled from Manchester for my daughter’s birthday to have a family day chocolate making. The experience was excellent. We created some delicious chocolates that we were quite proud to take home. I would highly recommend this experience.

We had a great time.
Really fun experience and Lisa was great, would definitely recommend!
Lisa was so knowledgable about all things chocolate, we learned loads and came away with lots of wonderful chocolate creations. The time flew by, such a lovely escape from the normal hustle and bustle of life. We wish Lisa every success with all her chocolate ventures
Lisa was so knowledgeable on all things chocolate. We got to make our own advent calendars and crackers as a Xmas theme and nibble delicious chocolate whilst getting creative. It was really enjoyable and easy to get to from the M5. Would highly recommend, get to take loads of delicious high quality chocolate home with you and some lovely memories.
