Fermentation Class - Make Your Own Sauerkraut

In this 1 hour class, we'll talk through the fundamental science at work in lacto-fermentation, and get stuck into making our own sauerkraut - guided by your host, Romy, who will give you tips and tricks along the way.

You'll be sent home with your own, handmade jar of kraut, and an easy to use guide for replicating what we do in the session at home.

This is a BYOJ (bring your own jar) event. We suggest anything between a 500g - 1 litre capacity jar.
