Ticketing
If you change your mind, this experience is not eligible for refunds. For details, see Customer Terms and Conditions displayed at the point of booking.
There is the possibility that this experience may need to be rescheduled for weather-related reasons. If we need to reschedule, you will be contacted by SMS and email to let you know. You will be offered two options. Either a refund or the opportunity to transfer to the contingency date. If you prefer not to transfer to the contingency date and would like a refund, then you must let us know no later than 18:00 on Saturday, 8 March 2025. The contingency date for this show is Sunday, 9 March 2025. In the event that the show is moved to the contingency date and then the contingency date cannot go ahead, all customers will be refunded.
You will receive your e-ticket(s) from Yuup via email. This will be sent from: hello@yuup.co (please check your junk or spam folders in case it’s gone there). A copy of your ticket can also be found by logging in to your Yuup customer account and selecting ‘my experiences’.
If you have purchased multiple tickets under one booking, please note the Yuup system will generate separate QR codes for each person to scan on arrival.
You are advised to either print a copy of your e-ticket(s) at home, or display your ticket on your mobile to be scanned at the entry gate.

Tickets can only be purchased in advance from the Yuup website and cannot be purchased from the venue box office.
It’s a shame you can’t join us. Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you would like to pass on your tickets to someone else that is fine as long as they have access to the QR e-tickets to scan on entry.
Children under the age of three are required to sit on the lap of the adult they are attending with. Please select the 'Adult + Child Under 3 ticket which allow one adult and a child under 3 to enter.
Please note a second QR will be generated for this ticket type.
For Blue Light Card holders, please select the Concession ticket option however, there are no further discount that can be added at the checkout.
Please, bear in mind, Concession tickets can only be purchased by the card holder and does not cover the rest of the group.
Timings / Arrival
We advise you to arrive in plenty of time to get through the gates and security checks prior to the start time.
Please be aware:
- West Gate and East Gate will be in use for entry.
- For accessible parking users we recommend using East Gate for entry.
- Bag searches will be in operation as well as security checks at the entrance.
Show timings:
- Gates open 2 hours prior to show: 17:00
- Food village opens and DJ starts: 17:00
- Show starts: 19:00
- Show ends: 19:45
- Site closes: 21:30
The total show run time is 45 minutes.

Seating
We recommend entering via East Gate.
There are Accessible toilets located around the ground in all stands and the Atrium. These toilets are controlled by radar key, if you have forgotten or do not have access to a radar key please ask an Information Steward.
It should be noted that the vast majority of seats at Utilita Bowl are not covered.
Wheelchair Accessible spaces and Companion seats are located in following blocks:
- Block VU
- Block WU
- Block BU
- Block CU
Both ticket options are marked with symbols and are colour coded. For Companion seats, select the orange option with two figures. For Wheelchair Accessible spaces, select the green Wheelchair symbol.
Wheelchair Accessible space are limited, so please book tickets for yourself and your carer at the same time to ensure you are sat together.
It is recommended that you choose a seat located in rows L, K, J or H, or at the end of an aisle, as this will provide you with a little bit more space and no or very minimum steps to walk up/ down. Rows L, K only have few steps up/ down.
Please, bear in mind, to access seats located in row A, you'll need to walk down approximately 12 steps.
Yes, we offer a complimentary ticket for companions attending the performance with you.
Wheelchair seats are limited, so please book tickets for yourself and your carer at the same time to ensure you are sat together.
You must be able to supply the following documentation dated within the past 12 months or with a valid date covering the event:
- Front-page of DLA letter or PIP letter
- Front-page of Attendance Allowance letter
- DID card (National Disabled Identification Card)
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight-impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
- War Disablement Pension
- A specialist medical consultant letter stating your need for additional assistance at events
In addition, copies of the following two pieces of evidence are required in order to reserve an accessible parking space:
- Valid Blue Badge
- Valid Photo ID (Driver's licence/Passport or equivalent, to validate the Blue Badge)
There is an unmanned storage area for buggy and mobility scooters in the entrance to the 'Shane Warne Stand' and 'Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand' which are left at the owners' own risk.
Please speak to a steward if you need help to get to the storage area.
Row K is located on the ground level. To access seats in row A, you'll need to walk down 12 steps.
If you have Accessibility needs, it is recommended that you choose a seat located in rows L, K, J or H or that is end of aisle, as this will provide you with a little bit more space and no/ minimum steps to walk up/ down.
Row K is located on the ground level and rows L, K and J have only one step up/ down to get to your seat.
Facilities at Utilita Bowl
There will be a number of delicious food and drink stalls available on both berms for people to enjoy throughout the night!

Coffee and other hot drinks are available, while alcoholic drinks can also be purchased from the Shane Warne Stand Bar and the Atrium Bar.

Utilita Bowl is a cashless venue.
All of the concession stands will be accepting contactless payments.

All top of the terraces are positioned high up but aren't steep! If this might present an issue for you, we recommend that you select seats closest to the ground floor level on row K.
Getting to Utilita Stadium

All accessible parking will need to be booked via our ticket office on 023 8047 2002 between 10am and 4pm weekdays.
If you have pre-booked car parking, drive to: Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Hampshire, SO30 3XH.
Cars are not permitted to stay overnight.
For those who have secured on-site parking, please be aware the parking surface may be grass and car parking may be located a short walk away from the gate.
The venue has a limited number of accessible parking spaces available at the venue. Spaces are only available if booked in advance.
This parking is available in Car Park 6, outside the East Gate
To book blue badge parking please contact the venues' Ticket Office on 023 8047 2002. Between 10am and 4pm weekdays.
For those who have booked accessible parking, please arrive with a valid Blue Badge to display to stewards at Utilita Bowl, who will then direct you to park in relevant accessible areas.
The closest bus stops to Utilita Bowl are Dawson Lodge for buses travelling towards Southampton City Centre, and Moorgreen Hospital for buses travelling towards Hedge End Train Station.

General questions
This show is recommended for children aged 7+. This is guidance only, under 7s are welcome with a valid child ticket.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s.
In the event of bad weather conditions, the event may be postponed and your booking will automatically be moved to a new date as explained on the Experience Listing. We will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm the new date the event will be held on.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to attend the event with you with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
Yes, you can bring soft drinks up to 500ml and food however, no glass or metal cutlery is allowed.
