Ticketing
All tickets are non-refundable. If the experience has to be postponed due to weather, your ticket will automatically transfer to the contingency date displayed on the experience booking page. For details, see Participant Terms and Conditions displayed at the point of booking.
You will receive your e-ticket(s) from Yuup via email. This will be sent from: hello@yuup.co (please check your junk or spam folders in case it’s gone there). A copy of your ticket can also be found by logging in to your Yuup customer account and selecting ‘my experiences’.
If you have purchased multiple tickets under one booking, please note the Yuup system will generate separate QR codes for each person to scan on arrival.
You are advised to either print a copy of your e-ticket(s) at home, or display your ticket on your mobile to be scanned at the entry gate.

Both Castle View Suite and Geoff Cook Suite provide customers with access to an indoor bar and toilet.
For Castle View Suite, please enter via Paul Collingwood Pavilion and for Geoff Cook Suite and Boardroom enter via Tower 3 in Don Robson Pavilion.
Please, bear in mind, a premium ticket does not include food or drinks.
Tickets can only be purchased in advance from the Yuup website and cannot be purchased from the venue box office.
We're sorry you are unable to join us. Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you would like to pass on your tickets to someone else, that is fine as long as they have access to the QR e-tickets to scan on entry.
Children under the age of three are required to sit on the lap of the adult they are attending with. Please select the 'Adult + Child Under 3 ticket which allow one adult and a child under 3 to enter.
Please note a second QR will be generated for this ticket type.
For Blue Light Card holders, we offer concession ticket option however, there's no further discount that can be added at the checkout.
Please, bear in mind, concession can be purchased only by the card holder and does not cover the rest of the group.
Timings / Arrival
We advise you to arrive in plenty of time to get through the gates and security checks prior to the start time.
Please be aware:
- Gates 2, 3 and 5 will be in operation
- Bag searches will be in operation as well as security checks at the entrance.
Show timings:
- Gates open 2 hours prior to show: 17:00
- Food village opens and DJ starts: 17:00
- Show starts: 19:00
- Show ends: 19:45
- Site closes: 21:30
The total show run time is 45 minutes.

Both seat options are marked with symbols and are colour coded. For companion seat, select orange option with two figures and for wheelchair space, select green wheelchair symbol.
Wheelchair seats are limited, so please book tickets for yourself and your carer at the same time to ensure you are sat together.
Yes, we offer a complimentary ticket for companions attending the performance with you.
You must be able to supply one of the following documentation dated within the past 12 months or with a valid date covering the event:
- Front-page of DLA letter or PIP letter
- Front-page of Attendance Allowance letter
- DID card (National Disabled Identification Card)
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight-impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
- War Disablement Pension
- A specialist medical consultant letter stating your need for additional assistance at events
In addition, copies of the following two pieces of evidence are required in order to reserve an accessible parking space:
- Valid Blue Badge
- Valid Photo ID (Driver's licence/Passport or equivalent, to validate the Blue Badge)
It is recommended to use Gates 2 and 3.
Accessible seating is limited but we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you cannot find any remaining accessible seating please contact the team at hello@yuup.co with your seat requirements and the team will contact you if more accessible seats become available.
It is recommended that you choose a seat located towards the front of the row nearest the performance area or at the end of an aisle, as this will provide you with a little bit more space.
There is an undercover area outside the entrance to the Paul Collingwood Pavilion however those would be left there at customer's own risk.
Facilities at Seat Unique Riverside
There will be a selection of bars and food outlets at the venue.
The venue accepts card payments only.

Seating at the venue is tiered and in places there is a significant incline. If you prefer not to climb steps we recommend that you select seats near the front of the stands.
Getting to Seat Unique Riverside
Yes, there is limited parking available on site at the venue. This parking has to be pre-booked.
- Location: Council car park opposite Bannatyne Health Club or in the Riverside Park on a first come first served basis.

Price: Regular and Blue Badge parking is £3 per car (one pass per vehicle)
If there are spaces left, parking on the day will be available at £5 per car. - Advanced booking required: Essential, this option is only available if booked in advance

Advanced purchases of car parking passes can be printed at home after purchase and must be displayed to stewards on entry to parking areas.
Please make sure you have your Blue Badge on display to receive priority parking at the front of the car park opposite Bannatyne Health Club.
Once full customers will need to look for alternative parking in Chester le Street. More information can be found here.
Blue Badge Holders can purchase a Blue Badge Parking Permit in advance for £3. This parking has to be pre-booked.

Accessible parking spaces are also available in public car parks around the ground.
There is an extensive local bus network operating to and from Chester-le-Street. Routes north / south from Newcastle to several destinations (e.g. Durham, Bishop Auckland), and east / west (e.g. Sunderland, Consett).
The nearest Chester-le-Street has to a Bus Station is the Market Place where the bus stops have real time information (10 – 15 minute walk to The Riverside). However, the Market Place is not the nearest bus stop to The Riverside. The closest stops to Seat Unique Riverside are two stops further south of the Market Place – at the Black Horse (for buses in both directions, north and south, a 5 – 10 minute walk to Seat Unique Riverside).
Use Go North East’s Journey Planner via their website to plan your bus route to Seat Unique Riverside.
Chester-le-Street station is served by three train operating companies. Northern Rail, CrossCountry & First TransPennine all run regular services from local & regional destinations. On busy match days, additional stops are made by trains at Chester-le-Street.
Please note East Coast services from Edinburgh and London are unable to call at Chester-le-Street: the nearest stop for East Coast is Durham.

Yes, Evolution is suitable for all ages to enjoy!
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s.
In the event of bad weather conditions, the event may be postponed and your booking will automatically be moved to a new date as explained on the Experience Listing. We will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm the new date the event will be held on.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to attend the event with you with the exception of assistance dogs.
You will not be able to bring your own food & drink with you. There will be a number of different food and drink options available to purchase at the venue.
Yes. There are exemptions for bringing food/drink onsite if you have a health condition - please provide proof of this where possible.
