How do I redeem gift experience?

In order to redeem a gift, will need the redemption code. If you cannot find your gift card and redemption code, please ask the gift purchaser to resend this through their Yuup account.

Alternatively, you can get in touch with the Yuup team and they will be able to find this for you. You will need to provide: your name, the name and email address of the gift purchaser, and the experience that was purchased (if known). This will help the team to solve your issue promptly.

Once you have your gift code, it is time to redeem your experience on the Yuup website.

To redeem your gift, you have to create a Yuup user account from the homepage. Without a user account, you won't be able to redeem your gift.

Gifted experiences can be redeemed at www.yuup.co/redeem

Once you've redeemed your gift, it will become associated with your account. The redemption code can only be redeemed once and it cannot be moved to a different account.

You will be able to find your gifted experience under My Experiences tab.

Refunds and expiry

Gift bookings are non-refundable. However, under special circumstances, the Yuup team may credit a customer’s account so that they may swap experiences from the gift they have received.

Gifted experiences will expire exactly one year from the date of purchase, so be sure you attend your experience before its expiry.

Once the gifted experience expires, you will get a Yuup credit added to your Yuup account equivalent to the unspent value of the Yuup gift card less a Yuup administration fee of 20%.
