Did you receive gift credit and not sure where and how to redeem it? Follow our guide to find out how.
In order to redeem a gift, will need the redemption code. This code is on your gift card. If you cannot find your gift card and redemption code, please ask the gift purchaser to resend this through their Yuup account.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with the Yuup team and they will be able to find this for you. You will need to provide: your name, the name and email address of the gift purchaser, quantity of gift credit that was purchased (if known). This will help the team to solve your issue promptly.
Once you have your gift code, it is time to redeem your experience on the Yuup website.
To redeem your gift, you have to create a Yuup user account from the Home Page. Without a user account, you won't be able to redeem your gift.
Gifted credit can be redeemed during checkout or at www.yuup.co/redeem_promo
Once you've redeemed your gift, it will become associated with your account. The redemption code can only be redeemed once and it cannot be moved to a different account.
You will be able to find your gift credit under the Credit tab of your account.
Refunds and expiry
Gift credit is non-refundable and expires exactly one year from the date of purchase.
