What will we cover?
These sessions are run on a one-to-one basis and are tailored to your needs. Naomi, Lea, or Jessica will walk you through the platform, from complete step-by-step introductions for newer hosts to specific demonstrations and in-depth Q&As for more established hosts.
The team will also provide helpful tips on how to get the most out of our platform and direct you to clever tools and shortcuts to make your Yuup admin even easier!
Bristol hosts
We love meeting our hosts in person, so if you're able to, we'd love to invite you to our co-working space off Park Street. You'll get the chance to sit down with our Operations team as they guide you through your Yuup portal over a cuppa.
Birmingham & Bath hosts
For our hosts who are a little further afield, we'll send you a zoom invite for your selected time slot. A member of our Operations team will then guide you through the session, sharing their screen as they show you how to navigate your account.
