Change Your Customer Settings

To access your Settings, you will need to follow these steps: Login to your Yuup account > select the icon with your initials in the top right of the homepage > click on the Settings tab.  


On the Settings tab, you will see your personal details, such as name, email, phone number, password and user preferences.  
 

Resetting your email & phone number 

If you have entered your email address or mobile number incorrectly, or wish to change the email address or mobile number that you receive Yuup notifications on, this can be done in your Settings. Please note that your mobile will only ever be used to contact you if there is an urgent change to your booking. General notifications will always be sent via email.  

To change the email address, enter your new preferred address in place of the old one and click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

This will not immediately change your Yuup email address. You need to follow the confirmation email sent to your new address in order to make the change.

Once your email is changed by the team, you will also receive an email asking you to confirm this change as a security precaution.
 
When changing mobile numbers, you will not need to verify your new phone number. Simply click Save on the Settings page. 

Password 

It is easy to reset your password via the Settings tab. Enter your new password and confirm the changes by entering your existing password. Then click Save at the bottom of the page to put the change into effect.

Mailing list 

You can also opt-in and out of our mailing list through Settings under the Know What’s Happening header.  

Your mailing list can be customised so you only receive updates on the news you're interested in, specifying which categories, holidays and locations suit you! 

Cancelling your account 

Customers are able to cancel their Yuup account under Settings > Cancel my account, provided that they do not have any outstanding Yuup bookings or credit. If you are unable to cancel for either of these reasons, please contact the Yuup team.
