Meet Charray: a passionate cake decorator who discovered her love for baking at the age of 21 while crafting a special cake for her mother’s visit from university. With no formal training, Charray honed her skills through books and YouTube tutorials, fueled by her mother’s unwavering support. Recognizing her talent, her mother encouraged her to pursue a diploma in pastry and patisserie at New College Nottingham, followed by further studies in cake decorating and sugar flowers. In May 2010, Charray proudly opened her first shop in Bulwell, Nottingham. Like any entrepreneurial journey, it hasn't always been smooth sailing, but her passion for cake design always pulls her back.
