Before the date of an experience, it is recommended that hosts download the Participant List for their event. This list will allow you to check off the names of customers as they arrive and also access their mobile numbers to use in case of a sudden change to their booking or other urgent matters.
Finding the participant list
Each individual event has its own Participant List. You can find the list by logging into your Host Portal, selecting the Bookings tab at the top of the left-hand side menu, and then selecting Calendar from the dropdown list.
Each scheduled event shows up as a blue square on the Calendar displaying timings, the maximum occupancy and the number of tickets sold. To view the customers attending a particular event, click on the event in the Calendar. An option will then appear below to View Bookings.
Select this option and you will be directed to the Bookings page. This will display the names of all customers who have booked onto the event, the status of their booking and the number of participants per booking.
Accessing customer mobile numbers
Following on from these steps, you can access the mobile numbers of customers attending your event by clicking on Download participant list (towards the top-right of the page).
This will take you to the Participant list that you can then download. The list contains customer names, and mobile numbers, along with additional booking information. It is advised that hosts refer to this page before their experience to use it as a guest list and/or to reach customers in urgent circumstances.
