We’re delighted to partner with Sussex Surplus to bring you an evening that will feed both body and soul.
Unwind with Yoga for Strength and Rest, hosted by the Brighton Natural Health Foundation. Join us for a calming and supportive session suitable for all abilities.
After you are fully relaxed, Sussex Surplus will provide a delicious supper made from fresh, surplus ingredients carefully crafted by talented chefs into wholesome, nutritious meals. Enjoy a freshly prepared, seasonal meal that is not only bursting with flavour but reduces food waste and promotes sustainability.
This special evening is about more than just great food and yoga—it's about connecting with others, supporting a more sustainable future, and nurturing your body and mind.
All proceeds will support BNHF’s life-changing work in bringing mindful movement to people facing the greatest health inequalities.

Please arrive at 515 for a prompt start at 530. We expect the event to be finished by 9. The 22, 21, 25, 48 and 49 buses run nearby and there is on street parking.
We provide mats and bolsters. Please bring your own blanket and plenty of layers for savasana.
The venue has changing rooms.
Supper will be vegan and provided by Sussex Surplus. We will be in contact about dietary requirements before the event. We will serve soft drinks. You may bring your own wine if you wish.
