Begin your evening journey with an energising 50min yoga session. Improve flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind and reducing stress.
Finish with a soothing 50min sound bath, where you lie down and let therapeutic singing bowls placed on your body melt away any remaining stress. The powerful gong vibrations send your brain into lower, therapeutic frequencies and allow your rest & digest system to activate.
Join us for this special workshop and leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and rebalanced.

Tom has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for over 10. His embodied style is accommodating and playful, with emphasis on encouraging students to sense more deeply into their bodies through the yoga postures. He is alongside them as a guide. The breath is always foundational alongside mindful awareness. Yoga has worked wonders for his own physical and mental health and this is what he loves to share with others.
Aggy is a sound therapist and an ecotherapy facilitator using both of these techniques to help her clients relax, develop introspection and self-awareness, enter meditative states, connect to nature around and within and carve out time for self-care. From relaxing sound baths to elemental women’s circles she covers a spectrum of activities incorporating the use of creative craft, tarot cards and practices such as sharing circle. She uses certified therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, drums or gongs and prefers to work in small groups or individually in an immersive, cerebral way placing instruments on and around people.
