Join Dorothy and her faithful dog, Toto, as they embark on a whirlwind adventure that begins with a cyclone sweeping them from their Kansas farm to the Land of Oz. Along the way, they meet unforgettable friends: the brain-seeking Scarecrow, the heart-longing Tin Woodman and the courage-craving Cowardly Lion. Together, they bravely confront the Wicked Witch and other life challenges, reminding us of the strength found in friendship and the power of self-belief.
This is more than a show; witness a magical performance in the sky, tuck into your favourites in the food village and enjoy a world-class stadium experience with entertainment at Seat Unique Riverside.
Show flight time: Approximately 45 minutes.
Gates will open 2 hours before the show for you to enjoy the food village and pre-show build up.

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, the drone light show will take place at Seat Unique Riverside, with doors opening 2 hours prior to the show so that you can enjoy the food and preshow build up.

Age guidance: This show is recommended for children aged 7+. This is guidance only, under 7s are welcome with a valid child ticket.

The drone light show was fantastic—creative and well-executed. The staff was friendly, and the event was well-organized, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. It was a lot of fun! However, I was hoping for a bit more of a "wow" factor. A larger-scale display with more drones could make it even more impressive in the future. Looking forward to seeing how the show evolves!

The Wizard of Oz Drone Light Show in Birmingham was an absolutely stunning experience! This is my mum’s favourite film, so getting to watch it brought to life in such a unique way was truly special. The drones created breathtaking visuals, from the yellow brick road to Dorothy and her friends, all set against the night sky. It was a wonderful treat for me, my mum, and my nan. The colours, music, & storytelling through lights made it unforgettable. A must-see for any Wizard of Oz fan! 🌈✨
