Please note: This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, your host advises against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic. A great way to introduce myself to the WHM. Jack was a sensitive, patient and considerate host who described the science and benefits of the WHM without preaching, bluster or use of overly technical vocabulary. The group size was a perfect balance of ages and reasons for attending, including Birthday presents to exploring therapy for PTSD. I was humbled by the stories shared and impressed by the commitment shown by everyone. Jack is a great teacher and helped me get the most out of the day.

For my thirtyith this year I wanted to do things i'd never done before and this experience and ice bath was one of them! Jack was an absolutely incredible host, so warm and genuine, I felt absolutely safe with him and honestly couldn't have stayed 2 minutes in the ice bath without his support. The experience was like nothing else and set in such a lovely place too. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting to try something completely different and/or see just how strong they truly are.

I very much enjoyed Jack introducing the Wim Hoff Method. Jack is an unassuming host, he created a safe , relaxed atmosphere in which I learned and experienced what it is to surrender and step out of my comfort zone. I found it fun, exhilarating, empowering and inspiring. I am grateful for him providing an opportunity to experience something new and unexpected. Am planning to continue with the breathing exercises, already do the cold water, and I will very likely do this again !
Really enjoyed this experience. The breathing side of it was amazing, we did 5 cycles and easily held our breath for lots longer than we previously had. Lovely people with similar aspirations made the day really enjoyable. The ice bath was an easy task to do after the breathing exercises. Jack was a great host and made it an experience I will repeat. Jack made the whole course great from start to finish guided us all through various techniques with brilliant explanation as to what we were doing how to do it what we were trying to achieve from it. When it came time for the ice bath Jack once again explained what would happen and how to work through it. Brilliant course would highly recommend.
What an afternoon! Jack was a brilliant host, explained well and was very sensitive to each person's needs. After years of being adverse to being cold, I managed to get into the ice bath, and after a short time, with the breathing technique Jack taught us, was able to even relax in it.
