Wellbeing Retreat Day

Treat yourself or a loved one to the ultimate day of relaxation with Breathe Meditation's day retreat.

This wellbeing day retreat includes meditation, mindfulness, countryside walk, gentle yin yoga, hot tub relaxation time, and guided relaxation and sound bath to calm and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. A nutritious lunch will also be provided. A lovely day of self care to rest, restore and rejuvenate mind, body & soul.

Minimum fitness level required.

Breathe is a meditation mindfulness studio in the tranquil Chew Valley, Bristol. The studio was established by Paula, a qualified (with distinction) British School of Meditation teacher to bring meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing days to everyone in a lovely relaxed countryside setting. Breathe’s experiences are ideal for those looking for a day of self care and relaxation.

Paula Hewitt

Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
