Are you looking for a wonderful way to add personal detail to you wedding?
This wedding ring making workshop promises to be a memorable experience where you come away with a pair of rings to wear for a lifetime together.
An experienced jeweller will guide you through the process of measuring your ring size. You will then be able to choose the weight and style of metal you'd like to work with. You will then learn shaping, soldering, texturing and polishing. Couples can choose between working with sheet and wire or carving rings from wax and sandcasting/sending them off for lost wax casting.
If you're choosing sandcasting we recommend bringing some sand from your favourite beach.
What to expect:
We offer one free of charge resizing after the wedding so if you're not totally comfortable with the fit once they are being worn every day we are happy to resize them for you.
Here at Silver & Steel we work with 100% recycled precious metals so the rings you make with us will be kind to the planet, and fairly made by you!
Prices include silver and all disposable materials. Gold and hallmarking (£60) are both an extra cost which can be discussed directly, please get in touch! We also include photos and videos of the session and we are able to work with a specialist wedding photographer on request to document the experience with an elevated aesthetic if that's something you're interested in.
