The tour starts in Cardiff Castle, where you’ll enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and some Bara Brith (Welsh fruit cake). You’ll then enjoy a mixture of tastings, culture and history as you pass by the city's majestic buildings including Cardiff market and Principality Stadium - the home of Welsh rugby!

Tuck into warm Welshcakes, crumbly, buttery pies, refreshing local cider and a few other local delicacies.

You'll also get the chance to enjoy our local guides' superb stories and learn a few words of Welsh.

The tour ends at the Welsh House - an award-winning independent regional restaurant & bar that works with Welsh suppliers to bring you the best that Wales has to offer.

The tour starts at 10 am.

We meet inside Cardiff Castle, CF10 3RB, in the indoor café.

The best car parks are: St David's CF10 2EQ, Sophia Gardens CF11 9LJ and John Lewis CF10 2EN.

Train stations: Cardiff Central & Cardiff Queen Street.

The tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours with quite a bit of walking so please wear comfortable footwear. Our tours run whatever the weather – please wear appropriate clothing.
