Artisan Soap Making Workshop

Excellent afternoon learning about soap making and getting hands on. Karen was a great host, warm, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn something new and get creative.

The host warmly welcomed us with delicious homemade cake tea and coffee, She made us feel comfortable throughout the workshop. It's a fun and educational experience for anyone interested in creating their own natural products.

Had a thoroughly wonderful time. Learned lots abut soap making. And now have soap for several months to come - all made by Me

Really enjoyed an afternoon listening to Karen talk about soap making - extremely interesting. It was fun to make our own soap to take home as well as being given a lip balm that Karen made at the end of the workshop.

Karen is a great teacher and created a lovely welcoming environment for us with tea & homemade cake before we got down to the chemistry of soap making. The session was fun, interesting & well planned, and I’m really pleased with the soap I made. Would definitely recommend this as great value.

I had a great time learning about soap making and getting the chance to make someting of my own to take home as well. The real treat was being able to use the soap we made in class too!

Karen is lovely and her home is too! She is very knowledgable about her craft and the workshop was easy to follow. Great to see the process of how soap is made, then to have a go at making some.

I really enjoyed it. The host was friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was I got so cold with the doors wide open it slightly spoilt it for me.

Karen was a great host and gave loads of great extra info and background to the world of soap making, a great way to spend an afternoon, and the cake was delicious!

Really enjoyed making soap and learning more about what's involved in making and selling soap commercially. Karen was a great host and answered all our questions. Karen was a fantastic host and her workshop is such a sanctuary in which to learn the art of soap making. I would 100% recommend to others and have already. The delicious home made cake and tea we're lovely touches too and now I have lots of soap ready for gifts

A fun afternoon learning the basics of soap making

An excellent afternoon.

A lovely way to spend an afternoon, Karen made us feel very welcome with tea and cake.
Very informative and hands on experience. We came away with a loaf of our handmade soap, which I can’t wait to use, along with the lip balm Karen demonstrated.
Definitely recommend having ago as very good value for money.

It was an enjoyable afternoon and my soap has worked out brilliantly. I learned lots and look forward to having a crack at it at home sometime. Nice intimate atmosphere in a lovely workshop space. Would recommend

Spent a chilled afternoon with wonderful host, Karen, who welcomed us with warmth and shared her vast knowledge about soap-making and the chemistry behind this delicate science. (her vegan cake was delicious too!). Can't wait to try my soaps.

I had a wonderful afternoon in Karen's beautiful home learning about soap making. Karen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and it was fascinating to learn about the different processes involved in making soap and other beauty items. The carrot cake was a delicious bonus!

Karen taught and demonstrated the art and science of soap making in a fun and informative way.
We got hands on to make our own soap under her supervision.
Also saw balm making and came home with samples and soapy goodies from her shop.
Highly recommend.

Very nice experience and introduction to the different methods of soap making. Karen was the perfect host. Openly sharing information for those wishing to take this skill forward to another level. Demonstration, followed by interactive session to make your own soap to take home. The only challenge is waiting for your soap to cure at home for a month…counting down the days. Would definitely recommend this experience. Thank you Karen

Karin is an excellent host. Her session was very well prepared and presented and I came away with lots of information. She firstly demonstrated the soap making process and then gave us the practical activity of making our own which was very rewarding. The pace of the afternoon was very relaxed and friendly and I would happily recommend Karin's workshop as excellent value for money.
