In our one-day workshop, we will be guiding you through expert knowledge, inspiring you in the kitchen and giving you tips, hacks and recipes. Our advice is rooted in the latest science, and we aim to cut through the confusion and misinformation of the wellness world.

Chef Ali is a Leith’s-trained chef with a passion for bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and bringing people together through food. With a background in some of London’s top kitchens, she now runs A.P. Chef, where she creates vibrant dishes inspired by the environment around her. From supper clubs to retreats, Ali’s experiences are all about connection, creativity, and making nourishing food accessible to all. A champion of regenerative farming, she works with producers who put the planet first, because great food starts from the ground up!
Dr Alice is a registered nutritionist and medical doctor. She has worked for a number of years within the NHS before setting up her own private practice based in Bath. Alice spends her time delivering nutrition workshops and talks, seeing clients for personalised nutrition advice, and is a nutritionist at Yeo Valley Organic.
Dr Alice takes a holistic approach to wellbeing whilst her advice remains grounded in science. She aims to break down scientific research into practical and achievable advice. With her background in medicine, she understands the health challenges that individuals may face and how nutrition can play a part. She focuses on giving people the tools and knowledge to make sustainable and achievable change.
