Harriet Skehan from Gusbourne and Josh Eggelton, head chef of the Pony Chew Valley, have curated a specially paired menu with a selection of English heritage wines.

Josh Eggleton is the head chef and co-owner of The Pony Chew Valley which offers locally sourced, environmentally sustainable and enjoyable dining experiences. He is committed to sourcing all fresh ingredients as locally as possible, with the majority of meats, vegetables and fruits all produced within just a few miles of the stunning location within the beautiful Chew Valley.
Harriet has spent the last three years sharing the delights of Gusbourne English Sparkling Wine across the South West of England and Wales. After honing her wine tasting skills working in retail and for an Italian wine importer in London, the pull of the incredibly exciting English Wine industry and returning home to the South West was too much. Both of these came at once as she had the opportunity to join the expanding Gusbourne team and look after the fine hotels, restaurants and more, of this wonderful region.
