Join us at The Ageless Circle, a relaxed gathering of women experiencing perimenopause, premature menopause, menopause, POI or surgical/medical menopause.

Throughout history women have gathered and at its heart, a women’s circle is about community, healing, and sharing the journey of womanhood together. Are you experiencing menopause, perimenopause, premature menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency, or medical/surgical menopause? Voyage to you was founded to support women to manage menopause symptoms and improve overall well-being through diet and lifestyle modifications. I host menopause themed events such as menopause empowerment workshops, group coaching sessions and women's circles in and around Bristol.

At 36, I was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency. I struggled to find information on my condition, leading me to obtain a nutritional therapy diploma and become a qualified menopause coach. Now, I am dedicated to helping other women navigate the challenges of menopause, perimenopause, and POI through personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My own voyage has inspired me to empower others to take control of their health and well-being during this transformative time. I am committed to providing women with the tools and support they need to thrive during this stage of life.
