Thai Street Food Dine-in Workshop

Join Little Kitchen in the heart of Totterdown for an evening of cooking (and eating!) tasty Thai street food, full of aromatics and heat. Everyone from beginners to experienced cooks are welcome, and at the end of your evening Little Kitchen will give you recipe cards for all of the dishes you’ve made.

What you'll be making:

  • Vegetable pad thai
  • Mah hor (a sticky, spicy salty pork on pineapple)
  • Som Tam Salad
  • All ingredients are included and all equipment will be provided on the day.

After your host has taken you through the process of making each dish you’ll get to sit down and enjoy it before cooking up the next - but don’t worry, if you can’t eat everything takeaway boxes will be available!

For this flavour-filled Thai experience, Little Kitchen invites you to bring along a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy with each of the dishes you create. This experience makes for a great date night, or bring along your friends for an evening of culinary delights.

Little Kitchen Cookery School

Little Kitchen Cookery School began with a mission to help the people of Bristol learn more about cooking good food from scratch. Its founders, Madeleine and Claire, both share a real passion for food and love cooking everything from elaborate bakes to delicious street food-style dishes. Madeleine comes from a teaching background and was already experienced in sharing her food and cookery skills before Little Kitchen. Claire was a chef and is the previous owner and cook at The Food Warren. Between them they realised they had the enthusiasm, skills and business minds to run a cookery school teaching affordable workshops for adults and children, and from this the Little Kitchen Cookery School was born.

Dot

Dot is a fully trained cooking teacher and is particularly inspired by French flavours and recipes. She has been with Little Kitchen since 2019 and loves to share her culinary skills with all the people who come along to her cooking experiences. Her favourite dishes are savoury ones packed full of flavour.

Louise

Louise has been working with Little Kitchen since 2016, helping enthusiastic cooks and bakers make incredible recipes to enjoy. Louise is particularly experienced in creating elaborate celebration cakes and loves working with chocolate.

Sarah

Sarah is a foodie with a huge passion for all things kitchen related, she loves teaching fundamental cookery skills and bringing joy to cooking and eating.
Sarah has a keen interest in cooking delicious meals, and takes many of our Street food workshops, as well as our Baking masterclasses. She also loves working with children and hosts many of our Adult & Child workshops.
