Join us for a meditative journey at Bristol School of Yoga that combines the art of tea with the practice of mindfulness, creating a peaceful and enriching experience.

Inspired by the tradition of Cha Dao, ‘The Way of Tea’, our tea ceremonies offer a chance to slow down, restore and reconnect. In the warmth of a tea ceremony, you can find nourishment, peace and a sense of unity.
