Join Charlotte & Hannah on a Sunday morning for a soothing session of yoga, meditation and a delicious, nutritious brunch.
Charlotte will lead you through a series of asanas (postures), and pranayama (breathing exercises) aimed at enhancing your flexibility, building strength, and helping you gain clarity and focus, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit through a beautiful hour of hatha yoga.
Charlotte's approach is inclusive and adaptable, welcoming both beginners and experienced yogis alike. She believes that yoga is a personal journey, and her aim is to meet you where you are and support you in deepening your practice.
Hannah will then lead an hour long meditation creating a sacred space to embrace and share the amazing benefits of meditation and frequency and how it changes your life. She works with the moon cycles and has first hand experience of the positive effects practising this has on your life.
Enjoy a wholesome selection of delicious brunch foods afterwards, catering to all dietary requirements.

Wear comfortable loose clothing for yoga, including a warm hoodie and socks for your meditation. Bring your own mat, but mats will be provided. There is free parking directly opposite the studio
Charlotte is a hatha yoga teacher and confidence coach
Hannah is a qualified Holistic practitioner in Chromotherapy. She is also a tarot reader and energy practitioner.
