Summer Flower and Bug Making Workshop for Kids

Make your own flower or insect inspired magnets and keyring!

Join us in our beautiful pottery studio for some crafty fun. Make three magnets and a keyring inspired by summer flowers or native bugs and insects.

You can bring along pictures of your favourite flowers or a book filled with weird and wonderful insects to use as inspiration and we will help you to sculpt them out of clay. Once your pieces are complete, you can then use our glazes to paint them any way you like. We'll then glaze, fire and attach the magnet or keyring.

What to expect:

• All materials for making 3 magnets and a keyring
• Guidance on sculpting flowers or insects from clay
• Suitable for ages 5-12 years
• Use of glazes to paint the pieces
• Glazing, firing, and attachment of the magnet or keyring
• A complimentary drink

£35 – includes all materials, a drink and firing. This workshop is approximately two hours long, adult supervision required. Suitable for ages 5-12 years. All items will be ready for collection within two – three weeks. Please bring your own apron or wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy.
