The aim of the game is to showcase your own expression of stress. How? Through movement and stillness. Founder Liam's ying/yang approach has helped thousands of people manage stress more effectively and taught them how to express their emotions with greater clarity.
Move your body, calm your mind and connect with nature, under Liam's guidance. Stressbox is where boxing meets breathing and music meets mindfulness. This therapeutic experience is hosted in the glorious Water Garden in Alvechurch, just outside of Birmingham. This beautiful sanctuary will only add to this uplifting workshop.
