Strength, Toning & Relaxation Class (Mum & Baby)

Our supportive class focuses on rebuilding strength and toning your body while providing much-needed relaxation. We understand that having a baby can take a toll on your body, leading to reduced stability and weakened muscles. Our sessions are designed to help you regain muscular strength and tone through low-impact exercises that isolate and target individual muscle groups. Using resistance or just your body weight, you'll work on restoring strength and stability while also enjoying a relaxing and mindful cooldown.

Whether you're wearing a young baby in a carrier or have a curious toddler eager to 'copy mummy', we welcome all children aged up to 5 years. During the school holidays, siblings over 5 years may also join you. Plus your children can attend absolutely free of charge!

All equipment will be provided, but you are welcome to use your own exercise mat if preferred and a baby-wearing device if you wish to carry your baby for some of the exercises. Bring a water bottle for hydration, a towel for your comfort, and any personal items you may need. For your baby, consider bringing toys or comfort items to help keep them content during the class.

Please ensure you have completed your 6-8 weeks postnatal check-up (for vaginal delivery) or 10-12 weeks postnatal check-up (for caesarean delivery) and received clearance from a healthcare professional before booking one of our classes.

All fitness levels welcome, with babies or without.

COVID-19 guidelines

We prioritise your health and safety with enhanced cleaning measures to reduce the risks of illness, including COVID-19. Please do not attend classes if you or your baby (if attending) are unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19.

On the day

  • *Free parking is available directly outside the venue, with additional parking in a large car park across the road.
  • *Classes are held in The Studio, the first room on the left. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get your baby comfortable.
  • *Wear suitable exercise clothes and shoes, bring water, and avoid loose items.
  • *The venue offers water, toilets, and baby changing facilities.
  • *Breastfeeding is warmly supported.

Can't make it? We understand things happen! You can cancel and get a full refund up to 2 days before your experience.
Please note that this refund policy does not apply to gift bookings. You may reschedule your gift if outside the time period stated above. However, all gifts are non-refundable and expire exactly 1 year after the date of purchase.
