Join me for an hour of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation and Sound Healing with Singing Bowls, Chimes and Gongs.
A Sound Bath offers a great way to rest; close your eyes, and practise the art of 'being' rather than 'doing' as the only requirement is to lay down and receive the gift of the instruments. The resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a sense of peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
No experience of meditation or sound baths required. Please bring a yoga/camp mat, blanket, a pillow for your head and an eye covering (even a sock or scarf will do!) as well as warm clothing.
Please note these sessions are not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy or with a pace-maker fitted due to the strong vibrations of the gong
