This silver jewellery-making drop-in session is perfect for people who have done a little before but aren't quite ready for independent work. Or who have something complicated that they're working on and would like extra support.
You will get the chance to work on your own projects and to practice and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
The Silver + Steel studio is a fully stocked workshop and has disposables like solder and flux readily available.

Bethany is the silversmith behind both Silver & Steel and her personal jewellery brand Bethany May Silver. Down to earth and welcoming Bethany loves sharing her passion for jewellery making with makers of all levels. Having learnt from Alice Goldsack, herself a student of the prominent Diana Porter, Bethany cares deeply about the silversmithing culture and community in Bristol. After years of creating her own work, Bethany developed engaging workshops for beginner jewellers and has taught people of all ages and abilities. Bethany is an experienced creative workshop teacher, educator and trainer who will ensure the experience is fun, memorable and participants leave feeling empowered.
