Cuba is the birthplace of salsa, the most famous of all the Latin dances. Who better to teach you than Abelardo of ‘Salsa is Life’, an experienced Cuban salsa teacher from Old Havana! This will be an immersive experience exploring Cuba’s rich cultural heritage.

Your host will create an inclusive, welcoming and fun environment where you can get fit, express your individuality and meet new people.

No dance experience is required for this class, in fact, it’s designed for complete beginners. Salsa is traditionally danced in pairs and everyone dances with each other -there's no need to bring a partner, come along and meet some new people!
