Make a fluffy coaster! Join Shannon from Paige and Wynter, who will teach you how to punch needle.
Let's get together and create your first piece! The process is incredibly satisfying and you won't want to stop.
Punch needling is a form of needlework, closely related to rug hooking. Also called 'tufting', punch needling involves using a special hollow needle to punch wool into fabric, which is mounted on an embroidery hoop to keep it taut. The needle creates loops that are kept in place with the tension of the fabric. The end result is a highly textured design which is pleasing to look at and touch.
This is the perfect activity for solo crafters, friends or couples.

My partner and I really enjoyed this experience. It was fun learning a new skill and the host and everyone there were lovely. I am already looking at trying to get my own punch needle kit so I can do this at home as a hobby as I enjoyed it so much. Thank you.
The workshop is held at Ollie Quinn, a glasses shop! Just walk straight in and take a seat at the table :-)
