Get those hands dirty and learn some simple pottery techniques to create your very own unique plant pot pals... then choose a plant 'hairstyle' to take home with your new creations! The 2 hour workshop is a relaxing and therapeutic experience, open to all ages and abilities. You will leave with a ceramic character of your own creation and fond, happy memories.
A wonderful creative activity to enjoy with a partner or pal, you will be able to get cosy and crafty in our studio and enjoy a totally unique experience together, learn something new and have a keep-sake to take away alongside lovely memories! Come along and enjoy the tactile and therapeutic nature of working with clay... We think it's the perfect date night experience!
We will guide you step-by-step to get your creativity flowing - no previous experience is necessary. First-time potters are hugely encouraged! The Pot Heads are on a mission to make creative play accessible to everyone and show that you don't have to consider yourself an artist to enjoy creating. This is a great way to unwind, relax and get in touch with your playful side.
Since the Pot Heads movement began in 2019, thousands of new Pot Heads have been potted by the population, each as wonderful and unique as the potter who created it - what will yours look like? There's only one way to find out...
What to expect...
We can't wait to see what you create!

Tasha is a community artist based in Bristol and is passionate about using art and creativity to aid wellbeing and social connection. She has a background in running art workshops for a variety of groups in the community and loves lots of different forms of art.
The idea for the Pot Heads was born when Tasha was working at a pottery studio which supported individuals with learning difficulties and autism; she fell completely in love with the playful, relaxing nature of clay and soon wanted to share it with everyone she knew!
