Tea, Sound and Tarot Ceremony

2 hrs
(13)

Are you looking for a wellbeing ritual to bring back your inner peace? Do you find it difficult to carve out time to meditate or contemplate matters important to you?

Feel a part of a community and connect to your inner wisdom in this Tea, Sound & Tarot Ceremony. It's a safe 1.5-hour evening space at the end of the week to help you find some balance.

The ceremony will open with a mugwort and lavender brew which will be shared in a circle with other participants. Mugwort has long been used in ceremonies for its powerful spiritual properties. Known for enhancing dreams, intuition, and protection, it’s often used to promote relaxation and clarity. Lavender, with its soothing and calming effects, complements mugwort perfectly. Together, they create a balanced synergy: mugwort opens the mind and spirit, while lavender soothes and grounds the body.

This practice fosters a deeper bond with nature and one another by allowing you to experience the plants' therapeutic benefits in a communal setting. The ritual enhances mindfulness and shared intention, creating a sacred space for emotional release, spiritual growth, and mutual support.

After that, you're welcome to either lie-down and relax or move your body gently to the sounds of drums, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes. If you choose to spend this session lying down, your host Aggy will be placing the singing bowls on and around your body with your permission. During the time when bowls are not placed on your body you are invited to journal your thoughts and use tarot and oracle cards for inspiration.
