EmailJoin Smoke + Ash Birmingham for a two-hour cocktail masterclass bringing together two of the best things in life: pizza and cocktails!
During this pizza and cocktail masterclass, you will learn about spirit production methods, cocktail styles and how to make a range of drinks. Choose a cocktail from Smoke + Ash's menu to make (and drink!) yourself.
Next, you will move into the kitchen to learn about dough production and your hosts' stunning electric pizza oven, which is approved by The True Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza napoletana, AVPN)! Learn to stretch, top and cook your own pizza to enjoy whilst the class continues.
What to expect:
- A glass of fizz or soft drink on arrival.
- Learn more about spirits and learn to mix your own cocktail.
- Learn how to make delicious pizza dough, before cooking your own pizza in a professional pizza oven.

On the day
- We will provide aprons and blue hygiene gloves for anyone who requires them. Despite this, the kitchen can get very messy so please wear appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
- Parking is available in the pay and display car parks on either side of Greenfield Crescent. The car park directly behind the restaurant can be accessed from Highfield Road.
- Public transport: tram stop - Edgbaston Village. Train - Five Ways.
- Please could you aim to arrive 10 minutes early.
