We freely celebrate weddings, baby namings and vow renewals. We understand the need to honour the death of a loved one. But what about all the other life milestones?
There are so many events in our lives that we can celebrate, but where do we begin? Simply downloading a 'housewarming ceremony' template won't necessarily do it for you. We're all unique and so is each one of our legacies.
In this workshop, you will come up with an idea of a celebration or ceremony you'd like to create. Together with Beth, you'll spend some time designing it. You'll discuss elements you'd like to include - actions, objects, readings etc. and think about the whos, whys, whens, and the wheres!
It's Beth's hope she will empower you to conduct this ceremony yourself, but if you want her to conduct it you can discuss this option too. By the end of the experience, you'll have a plan and skeleton script of your ceremony for you to conduct at a later date when you're ready.
The workshop is designed for one person but please get in touch if you want to do something with a partner or group of friends - Beth can make arrangements.
Workshops are usually on Wednesday afternoons but if this is not a good time for you please purchase a voucher and Beth can organise a more convenient time.

I had the most enjoyable experience through out this workshop! Beth was such a good listener and I was totally in awe of her skill and ability to take my ideas as they came, and translate them into something so full of vision and meaning. By the end of our time together I was completely inspired and filled with a new level of self confidence to celebrate something so personal to me. I can't recommend this workshop enough, and encourage anyone considering it to go for it!
Evertold Ceremonies is run by Beth. This Bristol-based celebrant has a passion for funerals. Beth is 'death positive' and believes in the importance of us all talking about and embracing death as part of life - not as a taboo or something to be afraid of.
At Evertold, Beth creates safe spaces for people to access their feelings that need to be felt. This celebrant empowers people to tell the story of their loved ones in a personal and creative way. Beth is on a mission to get people talking about death, funerals and help people create special ceremonies for their loved ones that are true reflections of the people they were. Beth believes by thinking about our own funerals, we can be better prepared for when we find ourselves organising one for a loved one.
