Thanks so much Jess. Lots of fun. I enjoyed how intimate it was with a smaller group. It created a great atmosphere, and you were a great host. We're now pen pals exchanging stacked tulips each morning!
The class was small and the venue smelt lovely. The first 40 minutes was spent tasting and understanding Oddkins coffee.
We were then given a very detailed explanation of how to get the milk texture just right. We were shown 4 latte art designs and had chance to try 2 of them ourselves.
I found the course really informative. As a relative newbie to the world of coffee, I gained some knowledge on how to get the perfect cup and how to do some great art. Now to practice at home. Jess was really friendly and enthusiastic.
