New Mama Fitness Outdoor Classes for Pre-Natal (1st & 2nd Trimester) and Post-Natal Women (8+ Weeks Post-Birth)

Join us for New Mama Fitness outdoor classes, specially tailored for women in their first and second trimesters of pregnancy, as well as post-natal women at least 8 weeks postpartum.

These expert-led sessions combine gentle strength-building exercises, core conditioning, and mobility work to support you through each stage of your motherhood journey.

Whether you're preparing for childbirth or recovering post-birth, our classes provide a safe and empowering environment to move your body, regain strength, and enhance overall well-being.

On the day

ARRIVAL: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts.

WHAT TO BRING: - Exercise mat / yoga mat - Warm layers, comfortable to exercise outdoors - Water bottle - Babies are welcome!

TOILETS: The closest toilets are a walk across the park and up the stairs in the shopping mall. Please try to go before you arrive so that you don't miss any of the lesson.

PARKING: Trowbridge park is close to a St Stephen's Place multi storey car park, which is free for up to 2 hours.

Hi, I'm Katie, a personal trainer specializing in pre and post-natal exercise and nutrition. With a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and a Level 3 certification in supporting pre and post-natal clients, I have the knowledge and experience to guide women through safe, effective workouts during these transformative stages of life. My approach combines expert fitness advice with a passion for helping women embrace the outdoors, allowing you to exercise in the fresh air while building strength and confidence.

I have experience working both in gyms and outdoors, and I currently lead a supportive group of women in Trowbridge Park, where we focus on safe and enjoyable exercise tailored to your needs. Whether you're pregnant, post-natal, or just looking to get active in a welcoming environment, my goal is to help you feel strong, healthy, and empowered every step of the way.
