Monday: Yoga to De-stress

This 60 minute open-level class uses slow flowing sequences to enhance strength, flexibility, balance and alignment for a perfectly balanced yoga practice.

This class will also explore mindfulness techniques, breathwork and meditation to help you de-stress and unwind.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Please bring your own yoga mat. You may also like to bring a blanket.

Please switch off mobile phones and respect social distancing during this class.

A small car park is available at the church on a first come first served basis. There is also on-street parking in the area. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Claire finds yoga immensely fulfilling. Her teaching style is slow, considered and creative, with an emphasis on breath, relaxation, mindfulness and flow. She aims to create a holistic and immersive experience for all guests.

Claire celebrates moment-by-moment awareness of the body and mind. She encourages tweaking a yoga practice to suit each individual's needs. Claire considers this the sign of a seasoned practitioner, rather than someone who is more advanced in postures.
