Model Making with Aardman at Prior

EmailJoin an expert model maker from Aardman for a fun and hands-on model-making workshop. You'll be able to get creative with clay and make your own Aardman character to take home with you!
Each session will focus on a different character and will be run by an expert model maker who has worked on some of Aardman's best-loved productions. They have lots of great anecdotes and insights into the wonderful world of Aardman to share too!
All ages from 6+ are welcome. Big kids and adults too!
- Session 1: 11am - 12pm | Shaun the Sheep
- Session 2: 1pm - 2pm | Morph
- Session 3: 3pm-4pm | Feathers McGraw
If you have a favourite character from the list above - make sure you choose the correct session.
Workshop details:
- Children can be left in the workshop space whilst adults browse the shop. However all parent/carers must stay onsite, in the building.
- All participants get 10% off any purchase they make in PRIOR on the day.
- We have free colouring in activities for other members of your group

This workshop is in partnership with Cabot Circus, Aardman, Upfest and Prior Shop. There are a number of fun, creative workshops at Prior during the October half-term that connect to this mural:
Saturday 21st October
- Printmaking for adults. In the morning gelliplate monoprinting and in the afternoon lino printing.
Monday 23rd - Friday 27th October
- Prior are creating a second mural that will be installed in Cabot Circus, fancy helping? Book here.
- Free drop-in sessions all week for you to colour in a paper version of the Aardman Mural.
Saturday 28th and 29th October
- Prior's in-house Sustainable Design Fair. Browse the work of local makers and meet the artists.
