Mindfulness Cabin Morning for Stress & Anxiety

Join Nicola, Mindfulness-Based Resilience Coach and Author of Resilient Teen for a hygge inspired morning in a cabin at Combe Hay Vineyard.

This mini retreat is for a small circle of up to 7 adults.

Attendees will sip hot chocolate or a hot drink by a cosy woodburner as they learn tools for stress, anxiety, and self-esteem. Boosting self-awareness, emotional regulation and self-acceptance. Think cosy socks, blankets and biscuits.

This is a chance to gather and have a digital detox morning with a stunning view of the vineyard.

Key areas include:

  • How to turn down the busy mind and the stress response with mindfulness
  • How to respond rather than react to life's challenges - coping strategies for stress and anxiety (includes breathing techniques)
  • How to shift from self-attack to self-compassion
  • Techniques to boost self-esteem
  • Learning about technology addiction and tips on how to achieve a healthier balance.

Attendees will be guided through 2 meditations including the body scan (a lying down meditation). They will leave feeling calmer and stronger, ready to tackle life's chaos with more balance.

Nicola is a Resilience Coach specialising in mindfulness, technology addiction, youth, parenting, and the workplace.

On the day

Please wear comfy clothing with warm socks. Blankets will be provided. There is room for 4 cars in the small carpark next to the cabin. There is also a carpark at the pub 2 minutes from the venue so you could park and walk from there.

Bath Mindfulness is run by Nicola, a mindfulness-based resilience coach and author of 'Resilient Teen'.

With years of experience in practising and teaching mindfulness techniques, this host's experiences will help you to relax and unwind, while giving you tools to manage stress and anxiety better. Bath Mindfulness courses are designed to empower you to feel more confident, self-aware, and resilient.
