Mindfulness and Forest School KS2 Holiday Club

Our Mindfulness and Forest School Holiday Club offers a unique blend of mindfulness exercises, nature activities, and forest school crafts for 7-11-year-olds.

Your child will learn new skills that boost resilience and self-esteem in a beautiful outdoor setting at Free Rangers Forest School Nursery.

What to expect:

  • Mindfulness mini mediations & self-esteem exercises for 7-11-year-olds
  • Nature activities and forest school crafts
  • Beautiful outdoor setting at Free Rangers Forest School Nursery
  • Mindful walk to the stream
  • Mindful bread-making around the campfire
  • Lunch and snacks, including Harth Hot Chocolate or Chocolate Milkshake

Nicola MacDonald is a certified Mindfulness Coach and Author of the non-fiction book, Resilient Teen. Helen Wilshire is a Forest School Facilitator. Both are DBS checked.

Bath Mindfulness is run by Nicola, a mindfulness-based resilience coach and author of 'Resilient Teen'.

With years of experience in practising and teaching mindfulness techniques, this host's experiences will help you to relax and unwind, while giving you tools to manage stress and anxiety better. Bath Mindfulness courses are designed to empower you to feel more confident, self-aware, and resilient.
