Meditation is about turning inward, finding a state of calm where our minds rest but our awareness remains clear. The aim is to focus on the present moment, experiencing peace and tranquility.
One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to express yourself freely and find inspiration is through spontaneous painting. It's a truly uplifting method: simple lines forming a manifestation that requires no artistic background. It sweeps away negative thoughts and calms the mind.
The host will provide everything you need: tools, a supportive environment. You don't have to meet any requirements, you can let go of the pressure to perform. Just grab your brush and ink, and let it happen. It's easier than you think!
Painting repetitive lines takes you deep, creating a sense of unity. This is a meditative state in itself. You don't have to worry about anything, just let it happen...and enjoy every moment... because there are no expectations, neither from the outside nor from within.
