In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to gently regulate your nervous system through meditation, movement, and breath awareness. Designed for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in fight-or-flight mode, this session will explore how to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore a sense of safety within yourself.
You’ll leave with practical tools to soothe your nervous system in daily life and deepen your connection to yourself. No prior meditation experience is needed; this is a welcoming and non-judgmental space.

No Experience Needed: This workshop is open to everyone, whether you're completely new to meditation or have practiced before.
Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress in clothes that allow you to sit and move comfortably. Layers are ideal to adjust for your comfort during the session.
