Part One: The Ritual of Matcha Step into the calming world of matcha, a revered green tea cherished for centuries. Guided by Camille, you’ll discover the origins and benefits of this vibrant superfood—known not only for its antioxidant-rich properties but also for its grounding, energising effects.
Learn to recognise the difference between high and low-quality matcha, and enjoy a blind tasting to find your personal favourite. Once you’ve chosen your matcha, Camille will demonstrate how to prepare both a classic matcha tea and a smooth, creamy matcha latte—turning each step into a mindful ritual that supports both clarity and calm.
Matcha has long been associated with meditation, used by Buddhist monks as far back as the 9th century to help sustain alert stillness. Rich in L-theanine and gentle caffeine, matcha boosts energy without the crash, supports brain and heart health, reduces stress, and even enhances your skin’s natural glow.
Part Two: Guided Meditation & Self-Massage With your senses awakened and body nourished, you’ll move into a deeply restorative guided meditation. This gentle session—suitable for all levels—includes calming self-massage, a grounding body scan, and a soothing visualisation designed to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system.
Camille will lead you through techniques to calm the “monkey mind” and help you feel fully present. By the end, you’ll feel refreshed, rebalanced, and deeply connected to yourself.
