Make a beautiful silver brooch, with the help of an award-winning silversmith in this crafty experience. Your host Charlotte, owner of Bristol's The Silver Duck and a seriously impressive independent creator, will help you accomplish this.
To get started, Charlotte will share plenty of sample imagery and designs, to fill you with inspiration. These will guide you before you begin producing your own creation with the materials supplied.
Charlotte will talk you through the entire brooch-making process where you’ll cut, shape, and hammer your silver before it takes form. Learn how to solder on your brooch back and step by step, piece by piece, form your final creation.
This is a fantastic introduction to silversmithing and jewellery making, for anyone who has been toying with the idea. Get comfortable working with this material, using handy tools and techniques. Charlotte will guide you throughout and share all the skills you'll need to take your silversmithing to the next level.
