Experience the art of gin-making with a unique hands-on adventure at Silver Circle Distillery, set on a picturesque working farm in the heart of the Wye Valley, 45 minutes outside Cardiff.

The "Make Your Own Gin" experience not only immerses you in the craft of distilling but also connects you with the land that provides the essential ingredients for your creation.

Nestled amidst rolling fields and lush greenery, Silver Circle Distillery is deeply committed to sustainability and green practices. As you explore the distillery, you’ll discover how they source many of their botanicals directly from the farm and surrounding local areas, emphasising the importance of sustainability in every step of the gin-making process.

The experience begins with a welcome drink and an introduction to the distillery. Under the expert guidance of their skilled distillers, you’ll then select your own botanicals, some of which are grown right there on the farm. Using individual copper stills, you’ll craft your bespoke gin, tailored to your unique taste preferences.

Once your gin is distilled, you’ll bottle and label your creation to take home, a one-of-a-kind reminder of your experience. Throughout the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to taste their range of gins and other spirits, each infused with the character of the land.
